Phil Ochs was dubbed by some as the "left wing Bob Dylan" of the early 1960's. This CD represents his "political" years. Very political indeed. Many of his songs are as poignant and timely today as the day he wrote them. I bought this CD in two purchases, as they were originally released, but it is just as well that "All the news that's fit to sing" and "I ain't marching anymore" were on the same CD because if you like one you'll simply have to get the other.

This is music for the thinker/worker. Listen and learn.
