Holistic Ballet is an innovative training method created by Franziska Rosenzweig that combines the fundamentals of classical ballet with the modern principles of balance, alignment and core activation derived Yoga and Pilates. This intermediate level DVD focuses on optimising turn out, correct shoulder placement, refining arm movements and perfecting pointe work through relevés, échappés and balance exercises.

Holistic Ballet is rooted in the belief that most people can reach a high quality level of ballet technique without having to have the physical prerequisites of a professional dancer.
