Yes, better than even the Van Morrison line-up, which produced several classic singles but never an album worthwhile in its entirety. Had they renamed themselves The Velvet Mushroom Experience after Morrison left, or something suitably psychedelic, they might have stood a better chance of success. But obviously believing that the Them moniker was a better bet as far as ensuring record sales goes, the band was fated to enjoy fewer and fewer album sales to increasingly confused fans, until, having finally run out of bad puns on the name Them, they decided to call it a day. What they left behind were two fine psychedelic albums, this the better of the two offering stiff competition to the acknowledged psych classics of the era.Amazon-Kunde
