In the dark and dangerous streets of Paris lurks an underworld full of lowlifes, pimps and hookers. The elite undercover cops turn a pimp (Philippe Leotard) into an informer (La Balance) in order to crack the crooked world he inhabits. They use his love of a prostitute (Nathalie Baye) to force him to work for them.

Fabulous performances from Leotard, Baye, Richard Berry and Christophe Malavoy were rewarded with a host of awards including Cesar's for Best Actress (Baye), Best Actor (Leotard) and Best Film for Director Bob Swaim. It also received five more Cesar nominations. (Verlagstext)
