In March 1998 in Aspen, Colorado, the surviving members of the monty python team - John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin - shared a stage together for the first time in 18 years. Even more remarkably, Graham Chapman was there too ... in an urn! The occasion for this reunion was the US Comedy Arts Festival Tribute to Monty Python, hosted by Robert Klein in front of a live audience. "Live at Aspen" is a recording of the show and essential for all Python fans. It includes discussion by the team as to how the show evolved, where the name came from, how some of the most famous sketches were created, the stage shows and feature films (including the controversy surrounding "The Life of Brian") and the impact that Monty Python has had on all subsequent comedy shows.
