Excellent violin heavy jazzy prog! Reminds me of early Jean Luc Ponty, and a bit of Soft Machine. On Guitar for this album is none other than John Etheridge,who would later go on to join Soft Machine. The violin and guitar interplay is quite enjoyable. Side 2 of this album is where the really great material lies, Game of X, Saturation Point, and Toy Symphony are all excellent tracks, with plenty of soloing from Daryl Way's violin and Etheridge's guitar. Game of X includes some nonsense style vocals which are similar to Wishbone Ash on their song Vas Dis, simply a great song! Possibly the best on the disc, but either way the only really weak song is Two Sisters, and even that one isn't terrible. Highly recommended for Jean Luc Ponty or John Etheridge fans.
