This guy should be huge. 3 official albums and a talent tragically taken way too early. Classic early '70's singer songwriter with some really tender love songs and some rowdy singalongs thrown in. Nothing flashy just quality. Simple production, straight forward playing, great songs.

First introduced to JC as a teenager, and for nearly 40 years these songs have been my come back to old friends.

This deluxe edition with a live college gig on the second cd that is an interesting addition in that it shows that the songs are just as good in a live setting as on record, and that Jim Croce was a natural in front of a crowd. Amazon-Kunde
