Inhalt

"Boradway - the american musical" is a documentary which gives an insight into the epic of popular american culture as it has changed in every era. It animatedly reflects the talent of a myriad of prominent composers from Irving Berlin to George Washington through to the present day of Stephen Sondheim.Composed of six episodes, it features up-close and intimate interviews with a multitude of a-class personalities within the musical industry which offers a unique comparison of the modern progression of american musicals.
Some of the personalities featured include actor / director Tim Robbins, actor Julie Andrews, writer / producer Mel Brooks and composer Andrew Lloyd Webber to name a few.
